Christian Dior Couture seeks a Temporary Sales Associate in Athens, Greece — deliver exceptional client service and drive sales in a luxury boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver best‑in‑class client service in the boutique, welcoming and advising customers in accordance with the Maison’s standards.
  • Drive sales and visual presentation of merchandise to reflect the Brand image and commercial objectives.
  • Manage and develop client relationships through CRM actions and proactive clienteling, including follow‑up communications and event support.
  • Provide accurate product information and personalised recommendations both in person and via telephone or e‑communication.
  • Resolve client issues collaboratively with the store team to protect client satisfaction and business interests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in retail, preferably within luxury fashion or high‑end boutiques.
  • Ambition to grow within luxury retail and take on increasing responsibilities.
  • Professional, positive and client‑centric demeanour with strong empathy and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work to targets, prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexible, committed and coachable with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
