Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage clients in a Paris boutique, delivering personalised, high‑touch service that reflects Dior’s brand values.
  • Advise customers to identify needs and guide product selection, leveraging clienteling and persuasive sales techniques.
  • Drive sales objectives: execute transactions, follow up on orders and contribute to conversion and loyalty targets.
  • Support stock management activities including stock-taking, replenishment and reporting discrepancies to management.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and boutique floor standards to ensure product presentation aligns with House directives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a commercial/business programme and seeking an alternance (apprenticeship) placement.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of a third language — ideally Chinese (zh), Russian (ru) or Arabic (ar) — is a strong advantage.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, customer‑centric attitude and genuine interest in luxury fashion retail.
  • Available to start the apprenticeship at the end of August 2026 and able to work on site in Paris.

Experience

Entry‑level; designed for candidates at the beginning of their career. No prior professional experience required, although previous customer‑facing or retail internships—especially in luxury—are advantageous.

Currently undertaking commercial/business studies (vocational certificate, BTS, Bachelor or equivalent) and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
