Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist customers in obtaining product information.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and aesthetics, manage stock, and assist with cleaning duties.
  • Perform assigned tasks including but not limited to handling deliveries, pricing or tagging products, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring appealing product displays.
  • Ensure the execution of sales processes, adhering to the company's retail standards, mission, and objectives.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or above.

Skills

Excellent communication and expression abilities. Strong customer service awareness and approachability. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with high efficiency. Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Experience

Prior experience in retail or apparel sales is preferred.
