Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and expert knowledge to meet sales targets.
- Assist customers in obtaining product information.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal, assist with stocking and cleaning tasks.
- Perform assigned duties including handling deliveries, pricing, labeling, inventory checks, and merchandising.
- Ensure execution of sales processes and uphold company retail standards and objectives.
- Support other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong service orientation and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with high efficiency.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Retail or apparel sales experience preferred.
