Role & Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Christian Dior Couture's history and heritage.
- Welcome clients as a brand ambassador and demonstrate extensive knowledge of collections.
- Propose cross-departmental pieces to clients.
- Monitor key sales indicators for the boutique and personal client portfolio.
- Ensure client well-being in-store and offer personalized, memorable experiences.
- Proactively address the needs of a discerning clientele.
- Provide expert advice tailored to clients' desires, personalities, and body types.
- Stay attuned to trends to propose suitable looks for clients.
- Maintain and build long-term client relationships through effective clienteling.
- Acquire and retain new clients both nationally and internationally.
- Apply CRM techniques to manage client data using internal tools.
- Participate in stock organization and ensure its optimal condition.
- Possess thorough knowledge of stock and reserve items to meet client expectations efficiently.
- Contribute to process improvements and store performance enhancements.
Qualifications
- Strong sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills with an international clientele.
- Dynamic, initiative-driven, autonomous, and willing with excellent presentation.
- Interest in the luxury and fashion industry.
- Result-oriented and motivated to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is highly appreciated.

Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
