Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients in the Monaco boutique, creating an elevated first impression.
• Advise customers, identify needs and deliver personalised product recommendations.
• Execute sales transactions and manage after‑sales follow‑up to meet individual and boutique targets.
• Build long‑term client relationships that reflect and reinforce Dior’s brand values.
• Contribute to stock management activities including receiving, inventory control and replenishment.
• Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation to uphold Dior merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a commercial/business studies program and seeking an apprenticeship placement.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in an additional language is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine customer service orientation.
• Professional demeanor appropriate to a luxury retail environment and a willingness to learn.

Entry‑level: no prior professional experience required. Previous internships or part‑time roles in retail or client service are advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Currently enrolled in a commercial or business studies program (required for apprenticeship).
