Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate in London (Selfridges) — 12‑month fixed‑term, full‑time role requiring luxury retail experience.

Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve and advise customers, delivering the highest standard of customer service at all times.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through a personalised, 1‑to‑1 personal shopper approach to drive loyalty.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across accessories, leather goods and women's ready‑to‑wear and remain aware of campaigns, launches and promotions.
- Proactively introduce add‑on sales and pursue individual and departmental sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Monitor daily and weekly sales targets and contribute to department performance.
- Adhere to stock management procedures and selling systems, including cash, credit and exchange processes.
- Maintain presentation, housekeeping and visual merchandising standards within the concession.
- Adopt security and loss‑prevention measures and follow company administration procedures to minimise shrinkage.
- Participate constructively in team meetings and perform additional duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK and availability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) with Monday–Sunday flexibility.
- Minimum three years' experience within luxury fashion retail.
- Strong product knowledge of accessories, leather goods and women's ready‑to‑wear.
- Proven ability to build long‑term client relationships and deliver personalised clienteling.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with POS/selling systems and cash, credit and exchange procedures.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years' experience in luxury fashion retail, ideally with responsibility for accessories, leather goods or women's ready‑to‑wear and preferably within a concession or department store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion‑related vocational training or certifications are advantageous.
