Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the shared customer mailbox: respond to client enquiries and coordinate answers through the generic address.
  • Track opening, launch and reorder orders and follow up with the warehouse and carrier until resolution.
  • Issue invoices and certificates of origin using the ERP M3 system.
  • Create and maintain boutique accounts on the marketplace platform and set up item references.
  • Prepare weekly reports for regional teams and maintain internal client databases.
  • Create article references in the ERP and ensure accuracy of the item master/reference repository.
  • Support project purchasers and development teams for props by maintaining the product referential and marketplace listings.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvements to existing tools and processes; support tools enhancement projects.
  • Manage logistics for special projects: verify and prepare ATA Carnets in coordination with transport, support design team with export/import documentation, monitor transport and project budgets, and plan returns of goods.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (work‑study/apprenticeship) in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or a related field.
  • Proven proficiency in Excel for reporting and data management.
  • Professional level of English (mandatory); working knowledge of French is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive mindset, curiosity and a continuous‑improvement orientation.
  • First experience in Import/Export or logistics is a strong plus.

Experience

Entry‑level / beginner. This is a work‑study (alternance) internship; prior exposure to import/export or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Enrolled in higher education (Bachelor's level or equivalent) in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related discipline as part of a work‑study/apprenticeship programme.
