Sales Administration and Logistics Coordinator
Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks an Apprenticeship Sales Administration and Logistics Coordinator for Windows Operations. Excel and English required.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers for Men, Women and FJ&T ranges with prototype transport tracking, prototype budget monitoring and participation in prototype reviews (creative and supplier).
- Create M3 product references and maintain project quality reporting and budget monitoring for Windows projects.
- Assist the Project Manager for Baby range with supplier production scheduling, transmission of Custom Security and Safety Survey to regions, coordination of transport kick‑offs, and management of supplier and zone relationships.
- Manage order follow‑up, pickup scheduling and transport coordination for the Flagship zone; relay internal client requests (certifications, special dimensions) to suppliers.
- Support the ADV Coordinator for Men, Women and FJ&T with project file creation, export documentation (Certificates of Origin and related paperwork), and handling internal client requests via Teams and centralized mailboxes.
- Propose process improvements and perform technological and market monitoring to support continuous improvement of operations.
- Contribute to special projects: prepare and check ATA Carnets with the transport team, support design team on export/import documentation, monitor transport and budgets for special projects, and organize merchandise returns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a work‑study/apprenticeship program in logistics, supply‑chain, business administration or related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Professional working proficiency in English (required).
- First experience in import/export or transport operations is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, proactive mindset, strong anticipation and follow‑through, and intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to work collaboratively across design, transport and commercial teams and to work on site in Paris.

Entry‑level — suitable for candidates at the beginning of their professional journey or current students in a work‑study/apprenticeship program; prior exposure to import/export or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a higher education programme (Bachelor's or equivalent) in logistics, supply chain, business administration, international trade or a related field as part of an apprenticeship/work‑study arrangement.
