Retail Training Project Assistant
Christian Dior Couture — Paris seeks a Retail Training Project Assistant to support the France & Monaco training team. Internship starting July 2026 (6 months).
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and update dashboards and KPIs to monitor training effectiveness and measure business impact.
- Prepare and analyse monthly training reports, including participant feedback and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Propose improvements to reporting tools and operational pilot files to streamline decision‑making.
- Collect and consolidate training needs from boutiques and trainers to inform the annual/monthly plan.
- Co‑construct the monthly training calendar in coordination with the Training Manager and faculty, prioritising business needs.
- Organise logistical aspects of training sessions, manage participant registrations and ensure smooth on‑site execution.
- Maintain clear communication flows between the training department, support functions and boutiques to guarantee information continuity.
- Provide operational support to trainers during deployment, including preparation of materials and on‑site coordination.
- Ensure availability and distribution of training tools and resources for both trainers and participants.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in the final year of a business school or university programme (commerce, HR, management or related).
- Previous internship or first professional experience in retail or training — ideally within luxury — is preferred.
- Strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Excellent organisational skills, proactivity and the capacity to manage multiple coordination tasks.
- Creative mindset, curiosity and a collaborative team spirit.
- Professional proficiency in French; English is an advantage.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint, and enthusiasm for digital tools.

Entry‑level. Candidate should be in final year of study; prior internships or initial experience in retail or learning & development (ideally in luxury) are valued.
Education
Final year student in business school or university (commerce, HR, management or related disciplines).
