Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and updating of performance dashboards and KPIs to monitor training effectiveness and business impact.
- Construct and analyze monthly retail training activity reports, including customer satisfaction tracking.
- Actively gather training needs from boutiques and trainers.
- Assist in the co-construction of the monthly training schedule, considering analyses, needs, and business priorities.
- Manage the logistical organization of training sessions and participant registrations, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Support trainers in deploying their sessions by coordinating material and logistical arrangements.
- Facilitate the availability of necessary tools and resources for training teams and participants.
Qualifications
- Final year student in a business school or university program.
- Previous experience in retail or luxury training environments.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Proven organizational and proactive skills with a team-oriented mindset.
