Christian Dior Couture — Retail Support Intern in London (New Bond Street). Immediate start; full‑time, 6‑month internship supporting inventory and client operations.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and audit data outputs relating to stock movements, transactions and procedural activity analysis.
  • Assist in stocktakes, cycle counts and month‑end inventory closure.
  • Support transfers, deliveries and reservation workflows.
  • Manage Click & Collect and E‑Reservations processes and related customer communications.
  • Support the Boutique manager with daily administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
  • Handle customer service enquiries and liaise with front‑of‑house teams when required.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Motivated, proactive and able to show initiative.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi‑task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with an aptitude for data and stock reporting.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience

Entry‑level / internship. No specific years of prior professional experience required; previous retail, customer service or administrative experience is advantageous. Candidate must be available to start immediately and commit to a full‑time, minimum six‑month placement.

Education

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree or diploma programme in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, Hospitality or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
