Christian Dior Couture seeks a Retail Supervisor in Saint‑Tropez, France — full‑time permanent role managing sales, clienteling and team leadership.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team on the floor, acting as the primary point of contact between the department and store management.
- Ensure the consistent application of Christian Dior service and visual standards across the department at all times.
- Coach, train and integrate new team members; deliver ongoing product trainings and support individual development.
- Drive personal and departmental sales targets through active clienteling, one‑to‑one personal shopping and upselling.
- Manage daily retail operations including POS and cash handling procedures, credit transactions and change protocols.
- Handle customer complaints and complex service situations, escalating to management when necessary to preserve client satisfaction.
- Support stock management and inventory control following established procedures; assist with merchandise flow on the floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' retail experience, with proven supervisory or management responsibility in luxury retail.
- Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory); proficiency in a third language is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation toward an international clientele.
- Highly organized, autonomous, rigorous and able to perform in a fast‑paced, exacting luxury environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams, deliver product knowledge and achieve measurable sales results.
