Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Retail Project Assistant (Alternance) in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine to support DTC retail projects, events and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination and operational delivery of in‑store events and activations across the France market, including logistics, staffing and post‑event performance analysis.
- Produce and maintain reporting on client experience metrics (clienteling, mystery visits, NPS, Voice of the Customer) and circulate actionable insights to retail teams.
- Animate the internal DTC community via digital channels to disseminate key updates and ensure alignment between head office and field teams.
- Coordinate retail operational needs such as uniform management, in‑store services and appointment optimisation in collaboration with store teams.
- Manage administrative tasks linked to retail incentives and commercial challenges, and support the preparation and monitoring of the retail events budget.
- Update and maintain retail reference documents (organigrams, internal tools, launch materials) to reflect organisational or product changes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s‑level) programme in business, management, marketing or a related discipline (work‑study/alternance).
- Previous internship experience in retail or luxury retail preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes.
- Demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate multiple stakeholders with diplomacy.
- High attention to detail, organisational rigour and adaptability in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.

Entry‑level — candidate may be a recent graduate or currently enrolled in a Master’s‑level programme; prior internship experience in retail is an advantage.
