Role & Responsibilities
- Support data management and reporting by assisting in the collection, preparation, and verification of business data for regular evaluations and reports.
- Aid in technical and administrative processes, including coordinating IT requests and maintaining system landscapes to ensure smooth technical operations for stores.
- Actively participate in master data maintenance and list management, ensuring the accuracy and control of essential internal directories and databases.
- Assist in project and system implementations by contributing to the introduction of new tools and processes, supporting testing, and creating training materials.
- Provide operational assistance in the daily business of retail operations, relieving the team by undertaking various administrative tasks and helping manage stores and counters efficiently.
Qualifications
- Completion of at least three semesters in a relevant field of study.
- Previous practical experience in a related area.
- Proficiency in English, with French as a beneficial skill.
- Strong numerical understanding and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational talent.
