Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and enhance the performance and desirability of Men's Ready-to-Wear and Accessories in Europe.
- Lead retail performance with a rigorous analytical approach.
- Optimize assortments by market and propose growth strategies.
- Anticipate trends in men's fashion and market dynamics.
- Manage KPI reporting and analyze sell-through, rotation, margin, and stock cover.
- Collaborate on seasonal and permanent forecasts with the Supply Chain.
- Participate in the development of OTB and manage new product launches.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising, Training, Marketing, and Retail teams for product launches.
- Conduct regular network visits to understand local market specifics.
- Provide strategic insights into men's fashion evolution.
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in Men's Ready-to-Wear.
- Strong analytical and performance-oriented mindset.
- Autonomy and agility in decision-making.
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English.
