Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail Merchandiser for Women's Leather Goods (Europe) across day‑to‑day merchandising activities and strategic projects.
  • Compile and maintain Weekly and Monthly performance reports and deliver ad hoc micro‑analyses to inform commercial decisions.
  • Monitor sell‑throughs for seasonal collections and availability rates for permanent ranges; communicate findings to the buying team.
  • Review stock levels weekly for seasonal and permanent collections and coordinate rebalancing actions with Planning, Supply Chain and regional coordinators.
  • Contribute to internal communications for the retail network, including creation of newsletters.
  • Prepare pre‑buy analyses and participate in one buying session; assist in defining boutique allocations according to sales potential.
  • Prepare post‑buy presentations and follow up on allocation outcomes.
  • Liaise with cross‑functional teams (merchandising zone, supply chain, visual merchandising, Dior AC and boutique coordinators) to ensure network alignment.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Business School, Engineering School or University (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) and eligible for an internship; available to start July 2026.
  • Prior internship or experience in merchandising, supply chain or product roles within fashion or luxury preferred, with a strong numerical orientation.
  • Advanced Excel and advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Personal qualities: methodical, rigorous, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, responsiveness, analytical mindset with creative sensibility.
