Retail Merchandising Assistant

Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Retail teams, central teams, and Top Management.
- Conduct daily performance analysis across EMEA, sub-zones, boutiques, categories, segments, products, and SKUs.
- Review replenishment targets, manage restocks, and optimize inventory and rebalancing.
- Provide operational support to retail, including transfers and creation of support materials for community engagement.
- Assist in organizing buying sessions, including analysis, tool preparation, and order entry.
- Participate in commercial animation, organizing collection launches, creating communication support, and performance analysis.
- Support store openings and retail events by preparing information, updating stock, and tracking performance.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or equivalent program.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
- Interest in numbers, statistics, and analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in retail and/or merchandising is preferred.
- Fluent in English and French.
