Overview

Parfums Christian Dior is the fragrance and cosmetics arm of Maison Dior, operating within the wider LVMH luxury group. The Maison blends haute parfumerie savoir-faire with couture sensibilities, sustaining a global retail ecosystem and close collaboration between fragrance and fashion divisions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead category management for Fashion Accessories: define assortments, set cluster-level buy strategies (permanent and seasonal), manage product lifecycle from launch to end-of-life and contribute to Couture showrooms preparation.
  • Drive distribution and deployment: identify new distribution opportunities, prepare packaging forecasts, ensure product referencing in internal systems (SAP) and produce detailed product catalogues for markets and central teams.
  • Manage Beauty Product responsibilities for Dior Couture: share launch plans, validate sales potential and forecasts, secure product availability relative to launch calendars and maintain price information with Pricing team.
  • Monitor commercial performance: deliver monthly POS performance tracking, develop reporting tools and launch reports, and propose actionable plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate 360° operational roll-out: collaborate with Retail Education, VM, CRM, quality and supply chain teams to produce training content, VM guidelines, clienteling assets and ensure flawless in-store execution.
  • Support cross-functional governance: prepare and contribute to Retail Workshops, WWM, Comité Couture and other strategic Retail Marketing meetings; produce and circulate monthly central-market reporting (modelario, sales reports, GEL FM).
  • Perform market intelligence: conduct competitive watches, field visits and market studies to inform assortment, pricing and merchandising decisions.
  • Ensure effective PCD x CDC coordination: act as a central marketing operations interlocutor between Parfums Christian Dior, Dior Couture, markets and support functions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in retail merchandising (fashion) or operational beauty marketing with international exposure.
  • Degree from a Grande École de Commerce or equivalent; specialization in Luxury/Fashion preferred.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills in a matrix organisation.
  • Strong analytical rigour, attention to detail and experience building/using commercial reports and forecasts.
  • Creativity, commercial sensitivity to fashion cycles, diplomacy, curiosity and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Autonomous, structured, adaptable and able to prioritise in a fast-paced, transversal environment.

Experience

At least three years of relevant professional experience in retail merchandising for fashion or in operational marketing within beauty/haute parfumerie, ideally with international project scope and cross-functional exposure.

Education

Degree from a Grande École de Commerce or equivalent; a specialization in Luxury or Fashion is a strong advantage.
