Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee full operations of both Front of House and Back of House teams, ensuring adherence to high gastronomic and regulatory standards.
- Manage complete P&L, optimizing food, beverage, and payroll costs while implementing strategic KPIs.
- Develop business through marketing initiatives, CRM strategies, and local partnerships, adapting to the Japanese market.
- Lead a team of approximately 40, fostering a culture of high standards and positive discipline.
- Report directly to the COO, ensuring alignment with Dior House expectations and market demands.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in high-end restaurant management.
- Experience in a Michelin-starred establishment is highly recommended.
- Proven track record in profit center management.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong leadership and financial management skills.
