Real Estate Project Intern
Parfums Christian Dior — Neuilly-sur-Seine: Real Estate Project Intern (Internship) starting Sept 2026 to support construction, procurement and financial follow-up.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end management of real estate projects (construction, rehabilitation, restoration) under the supervision of the Head of Real Estate Projects.
- Define project objectives and scope; draft project programmes and feasibility studies including budget estimates and preliminary schedules.
- Coordinate procurement and tender processes: prepare and launch calls for tender, evaluate bids, negotiate contract terms and organise contract signatures.
- Plan and monitor design phases; analyse and validate study deliverables at each design milestone.
- Oversee construction site activities: organise site mobilisations, track progress, ensure contractors meet contractual commitments and quality standards.
- Manage financial follow-up: monitor budget evolution, validate invoices, prepare financial reports and close out project accounts.
- Prepare and submit administrative authorisations and permits; manage warranty and defects remedies through handover and post-completion periods.
- Evaluate service providers at project close and produce end-of-project reports and lessons-learned documentation.
- Undertake regular site visits; ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance throughout project delivery.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in a higher-education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in real estate, construction management, civil engineering, architecture or equivalent; internship must be 'stage conventionné' by the home institution.
- Ideally up to one year of prior experience in real estate project management or construction-facing internships.
- Strong ability to analyse technical documents and regulatory texts and to synthesise findings into decision-support documents.
- Proven ability to draft project specifications, budgets and schedules.
- Negotiation skills and experience liaising with external service providers (design teams, contractors, consultants).
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
