Overview

Parfums Christian Dior is the fragrance and cosmetics Maison operating within the Parfums & Cosmétiques business group of LVMH. Role & Responsibilities

  • Join the Quality Directorate and undertake assignments in the perfumes laboratory based at the Saint‑Jean‑de‑Braye site (Orléans area).
  • Support and follow quality projects related to fragrances in collaboration with laboratory and operational teams.
  • Contribute to understanding, updating and applying laboratory processes, documentation and quality procedures.
  • Perform quality control tests and inspections on perfume products according to laboratory protocols.
  • Monitor, record and participate in the treatment of non‑conformities and associated corrective actions.
  • Take part in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory performance and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+2 or Bac+3 programme in chemistry, quality control, or industrial processes (seeking an alternance starting September 2026).
  • Available for a full‑time apprenticeship contract (alternance) from September 2026.
  • Demonstrates rigour, methodical approach and strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively.
  • Curious, engaged and motivated to learn within a demanding industrial and regulated environment.

Education

Bac+2 / Bac+3 (equivalent to a 2–3 year diploma) in chemistry, quality control, or industrial processes.
