Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the deployment of a new Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple sites.
  • Analyze existing quality processes and contribute to their harmonization.
  • Participate in defining the functional and technical specifications for the new QMS.
  • Identify improvement areas for current tools and evaluate potential technological solutions.
  • Assist in supplier evaluation and selection criteria definition.
  • Support the development and dissemination of a common quality culture.
  • Design innovative training modules on quality fundamentals and collaborate on creating interactive educational materials.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions and gather participant feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Engage in internal communication actions to promote quality culture.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in engineering, information systems management, industrial engineering, or project management.
  • Previous experience in an industrial, quality, or project management environment is appreciated.
  • Interest in quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical, structuring, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English for international collaboration.
