Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the deployment of a new Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple sites.
- Analyze existing quality processes and contribute to their harmonization.
- Participate in defining the functional and technical specifications for the new QMS.
- Identify improvement areas for current tools and evaluate potential technological solutions.
- Assist in supplier evaluation and selection criteria definition.
- Support the development and dissemination of a common quality culture.
- Design innovative training modules on quality fundamentals and collaborate on creating interactive educational materials.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions and gather participant feedback for continuous improvement.
- Engage in internal communication actions to promote quality culture.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in engineering, information systems management, industrial engineering, or project management.
- Previous experience in an industrial, quality, or project management environment is appreciated.
- Interest in quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical, structuring, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English for international collaboration.

Education
Pursuing a degree in engineering, information systems management, industrial engineering, or project management.
