Product Management Intern
Parfums Christian Dior in Capelle aan den IJssel seeks a Product Management Intern (July 2026) — 6-month full-time internship supporting Fragrance, Make-up and Skincare.
Overview
Parfums Christian Dior operates within LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, a division that represents a portfolio of luxury beauty maisons including Christian Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy, Kenzo and Benefit. The Dutch office supports brand positioning and commercial execution in the Netherlands, working closely with global headquarters in Paris to preserve each label’s heritage, creativity and premium standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Product Managers (Fragrances, Make-up, Skincare) in preparing content for marketing presentations and internal meetings.
- Coordinate and disseminate product and marketing information received from the Paris headquarters to the local marketing team.
- Forecast, track and coordinate new product launches across channels and stakeholders.
- Perform sales and competitive analyses using in- and outlet data to inform commercial decisions.
- Prepare monthly presentations and reports for internal teams and external partners, and request/deliver media assets to media agencies.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme (HBO/WO) — preferably Business Administration, Marketing or Economics.
- Available from July/August 2026 for a minimum six-month, full-time internship (5 days per week).
- Exceptionally organised with meticulous attention to detail and a retail-oriented mindset.
- Driven, proactive and able to work independently with a hands-on attitude and flexibility.
- Strong affinity for the cosmetics and luxury beauty sector.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates; previous internships or project work in marketing, retail or the beauty sector are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor's level (HBO) or University (WO) study in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline.
