Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor the development of collections and prototypes from initial design to final production.
  • Coordinate prototypes between the Paris headquarters and Italian factories, managing daily communications and logistics.
  • Ensure product compliance upon receipt and update the database accordingly.
  • Standardize products and oversee material validation processes.
  • Draft and update collection plans with technical information.
  • Create tracking tools to optimize departmental workflows.
  • Generate summary documents for management detailing product specifications, materials, and variations.
  • Conduct competitive analyses on forms, materials, trends, and techniques.
  • Perform legal studies to ensure model validity and protection.
  • Collaborate daily with the creative studio, merchandising, press, and Italian teams.
  • Participate in internal meetings for product selection, research, and merchandising.
  • Organize and oversee logistics for fashion shows, showrooms, and events, ensuring model compliance and assisting with packaging and transport.
  • Prepare and update look lists for fashion shows and presentations.
  • Manage budget tracking and update financial spreadsheets.
  • Analyze production references by collection.

Qualifications

  • Previous relevant professional experience is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of footwear.
  • Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic skills in InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Fluency in English and basic proficiency in Italian.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and dynamism.
