Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist product managers in the development and follow-up of men's ready-to-wear collections.
  • Engage in daily communication with manufacturers, the studio, and internal teams.
  • Participate in collection fittings with the studio.
  • Support material sourcing and follow-up on collection lab dips.
  • Update collection tracking tools such as panoramas, component tables, and material sheets.
  • Manage the dispatch of materials and components to manufacturers.
  • Assist in the reception of prototypes, including unpacking, checking, and organizing models.
  • Handle the management and dispatch of swatches for the sales book.
  • Coordinate DHL shipments and courier bookings.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion, or Business.
  • Previous experience in product development within ready-to-wear is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with PLM Centric is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of adaptability.
  • Professional attributes: curious, meticulous, and energetic.

Experience
