Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist Product Managers within the Maison Division of Christian Dior Couture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Operational Marketing team.
  • Monitor ongoing collection developments.
  • Update permanent and seasonal collection plans.
  • Manage product referencing in the ERP system.
  • Oversee prototype requests and coordination with suppliers, ensuring timely dispatch to relevant stakeholders such as Image and Press departments.
  • Archive products by collection in collaboration with the Heritage department.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking of competitors and product types, maintaining and updating sector price arrows.
  • Support CRM development and projects related to trade shows.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School or related field.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to product development and a strong understanding of the creative and competitive lifestyle industry.
  • Previous experience in product development or in the home decor/tableware sector is advantageous.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with external partners and internal departments. Fluent in English. Team-oriented with strong analytical skills. Exhibits rigor, autonomy, and creativity.

Experience

Entry-level experience, ideally with exposure to product development or the home decor industry.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business or related field.
