Role & Responsibilities

  • Respond to loan requests from various departments including Image, Studio, and Advertising.
  • Prepare summary documents confirming the availability of requested pieces.
  • Propose alternatives in case of unavailability of requested items.
  • Participate in the daily dispatch of shopping items for internal projects.
  • Reserve pieces in advance both in the booking system and physically in the showroom.
  • Ensure the timely return of pieces as per agreed dates.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Retail network and business units.
  • Participate in Women's Press events.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or communication school.
  • Completed a previous 6-month internship in public relations or communication, preferably in the fashion sector.

Skills

Organized and autonomous with strong interpersonal skills. Proactive with excellent adaptability. Good knowledge of traditional and online media. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Experience

Entry-level experience with a previous internship in public relations or communication.

Education

Currently pursuing higher education in business, communication, or a related field.
