Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate collection and permanent product plans into a single, integrated production demand for the production poles.
- Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term production schedules aligned with available capacity.
- Prioritize production sequencing to ensure optimal manpower saturation and line efficiency.
- Continuously update schedules in response to demand changes, capacity variations, or operational constraints.
- Act as the primary planning counterpart for the assigned production pole.
- Work closely with pole production planners to validate feasibility, sequencing, and workload distribution.
- Support the production poles in managing capacity constraints, workload peaks, and production bottlenecks.
- Ensure clear and timely communication between planning and manufacturing teams.
- Monitor production progress versus plan and identify deviations or risks.
- Propose and coordinate re-planning actions to secure production continuity and delivery targets.
- Track key planning and execution KPIs such as schedule adherence and capacity utilization.
- Contribute to the improvement of planning and scheduling processes, with a focus on production pole-level execution.
- Support the development of standard planning rules and best practices for capacity-driven scheduling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling, preferably in the fashion, apparel, or luxury industry.
- Strong expertise in production planning, scheduling, and capacity management within manufacturing environments.
- Solid understanding of industrial processes, workforce planning, and operational constraints.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools; strong Excel skills required.
- Ability to translate complex planning inputs into clear and executable schedules.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Clear, structured, and pragmatic communication style.
- Problem-solving and execution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, change-driven environments.
- Proven experience interfacing with manufacturing sites or production hubs.
- English knowledge: B2 or higher; French knowledge is a plus.

Education
