Role & Responsibilities

  • Consolidate collection and permanent product plans into a single, integrated production demand for the production poles.
  • Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term production schedules aligned with available capacity.
  • Prioritize production sequencing to ensure optimal manpower saturation and line efficiency.
  • Continuously update schedules in response to demand changes, capacity variations, or operational constraints.
  • Act as the primary planning counterpart for the assigned production pole.
  • Work closely with pole production planners to validate feasibility, sequencing, and workload distribution.
  • Support the production poles in managing capacity constraints, workload peaks, and production bottlenecks.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication between planning and manufacturing teams.
  • Monitor production progress versus plan and identify deviations or risks.
  • Propose and coordinate re-planning actions to secure production continuity and delivery targets.
  • Track key planning and execution KPIs such as schedule adherence and capacity utilization.
  • Contribute to the improvement of planning and scheduling processes, with a focus on production pole-level execution.
  • Support the development of standard planning rules and best practices for capacity-driven scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling, preferably in the fashion, apparel, or luxury industry.
  • Strong expertise in production planning, scheduling, and capacity management within manufacturing environments.
  • Solid understanding of industrial processes, workforce planning, and operational constraints.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools; strong Excel skills required.
  • Ability to translate complex planning inputs into clear and executable schedules.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Clear, structured, and pragmatic communication style.
  • Problem-solving and execution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, change-driven environments.
  • Proven experience interfacing with manufacturing sites or production hubs.
  • English knowledge: B2 or higher; French knowledge is a plus.

Experience
