Role & Responsibilities
- Stay informed on model developments and potential pattern issues during collections.
- Develop alternative solutions for production challenges.
- Prepare and lead standardization meetings with the Studio, Development, and Collection Merchandising teams.
- Define counter-types during standardization meetings to ensure desired quality and fit for production.
- Establish and implement standardization rules for Men's Ready-to-Wear.
- Standardize some patterns and oversee the standardization process with other pattern makers.
- Ensure adherence to the project timeline.
- Monitor receipt of counter-types, organize fittings, and make necessary adjustments.
- Participate in VIP briefs and adjust patterns from the collection according to deadlines.
Qualifications
- Graduated from a fashion school with a specialization in Technical Pattern Making or CAD/CAM Pattern Making.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in CAD/CAM Pattern Making and Standardization, with several years in Men's Ready-to-Wear.
- In-depth technical knowledge of garments and garment components.
- Proficiency in MODARIS software.
- Autonomous, flexible, curious, and open-minded.
- Passionate about pattern making with the ability to tackle technical challenges.
- Solution-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and precision.
- Dynamic, excellent interpersonal skills, and a team player.
- Fluency in French is essential; English proficiency is an advantage.

A minimum of 10 years in pattern making, with significant experience in Men's Ready-to-Wear and CAD/CAM standardization.
Education
Degree from a fashion school specializing in Technical Pattern Making or CAD/CAM Pattern Making.
