Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure media data integrity and compliance (access, audits, taxonomy): collect, clean and verify datasets to guarantee high-quality input for reporting (≈25%).
  • Support the management and optimisation of digital dashboarding tools (e.g., Datorama, Power BI), maintaining data quality and adherence to naming conventions (≈20%).
  • Perform in-depth analysis of Paid Media campaign performance — synthesise campaign reports, IAS audits and taxonomy reports — and produce strategic insights and optimisation recommendations (≈30%).
  • Monitor daily Paid Media campaign activity across product categories (fragrance, make‑up, skincare) and international markets; contribute to the creation of media campaign guidelines (≈10%).
  • Coordinate the management and sharing of international CRM audiences with CRM, IT and local media teams, including the creation of Lookalike segments (≈10%).
  • Conduct ongoing competitive and technology watch to identify Paid Media trends and innovations across major digital partners (Meta, Google, TikTok) (≈5%).

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master’s programme (Bac+4/5) in business, communications, marketing, digital or an equivalent university curriculum.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) — both languages mandatory.
  • Strong analytical mindset with rigorous attention to data quality and taxonomy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams.
  • Proactive learning agility and solution‑oriented approach in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
  • Genuine interest in luxury, cosmetics and digital marketing.

Experience
