Packaging Workshop Manager
Parfums Christian Dior in Chartres seeks a Packaging Workshop Manager to lead a 30‑person team in production excellence.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 30 production and packaging operators, fostering a culture of safety, respect and inclusion.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal safety procedures and promote exemplary site safety behaviours.
- Translate and cascade factory and service strategy, ensuring each team member understands their role and contribution to collective objectives.
- Plan and allocate personnel to production lines according to service needs while developing polyvalence and cross‑training.
- Develop, monitor and validate on‑floor competencies and authorisations (habilitations) while reinforcing a performance culture.
- Apply and enforce disciplinary policy when required; address inappropriate behaviours proactively.
- Monitor and animate daily performance indicators (TRS/OEE, changeover times, adherence to schedules and standards) and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular shopfloor audits to guarantee adherence to standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead problem‑resolution for production deviations and support implementation of sustainable countermeasures.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership with a strong results orientation and a commitment to quality.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and resolve operational problems.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP for reporting and operations follow‑up.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to motivate and federate teams.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience managing production teams in an industrial/manufacturing environment, ideally within FMCG or luxury cosmetics/packaging operations.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent
