Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve individual and team objectives, including sales targets.
  • Utilize customer relationship tools to identify client needs and establish and maintain client relationships.
  • Continuously enhance work capabilities and skills to improve performance, including call answer rates and service quality monitoring.
  • Offer professional brand and product advice.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer call center, retail, or high-end service industry.

Skills

Excellent service awareness, stress management, and emotional regulation abilities. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills with strong online sales and client retention capabilities. High fashion sensitivity with a sense of styling and coordination. Strong team spirit, diligent and conscientious work ethic, and strong learning ability. Proficiency in Mandarin and good command of spoken English. Proficient in office automation software.

Experience
