Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and structure industrial performance measurement methodologies for cosmetic manufacturing operations.
- Design and deploy tools and monitoring models to analyse production performance and support operational decision-making.
- Conduct on-site observations of operational practices to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and coordinate transformation projects at workshop or service level in partnership with frontline managers.
- Investigate complex process issues through data-driven analysis and propose pragmatic, scalable solutions.
- Optimize production schemes and transpose best practices across multiple workshops to ensure consistency.
Qualifications
- Candidate enrolled in a Bac+4/Bac+5 engineering programme or equivalent in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical rigour with a demonstrated interest in technical and production environments.
- Capacity to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional and operational teams.
- Structured, result-oriented approach with the ability to lead transformation initiatives and manage change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an aptitude for stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels.

Experience
Entry-level — suitable for students or recent graduates preparing a Bac+4/Bac+5 engineering diploma; prior internships or academic projects in manufacturing, production engineering or industrial performance are an asset.
Education
Enrolled in or pursuing a Bac+4/Bac+5 engineering degree (industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent).
