Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive the performance and desirability of Men's Ready-to-Wear and Accessories through analytical retail management.
  • Optimize product assortments by market and propose growth strategies.
  • Anticipate trends in men's fashion and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Create and monitor KPI reports, analyzing sell-through, rotation, margin, and stock cover.
  • Develop actionable business recommendations and manage seasonal and permanent forecasts with the Supply Chain.
  • Manage new product purchases from showroom preparation to launch and coordinate 360° action plans for product launches.
  • Define and manage the permanent product offering and sales forecasts.
  • Coordinate with Visual Merchandising, Training, and Marketing for launches and store events.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand local specificities and identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze fashion trends and conduct competitive analysis in the luxury segment.

Qualifications

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in merchandising, ideally in Men's Ready-to-Wear.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a structured and performance-oriented approach.
  • Autonomous decision-making and strategic proposal skills.
  • Natural leadership and ability to unite teams.
  • Strong fashion sensitivity and understanding of the men's wardrobe.
  • Comfortable in demanding and international environments.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong data analysis and interpretation skills. Fluency in English. Expertise in Ready-to-Wear fashion. Deep understanding of luxury retail. Strong anticipation skills and business acumen.

Experience

8 to 10 years of experience in merchandising, particularly in Men's Ready-to-Wear.
