Christian Dior Couture seeks a Merchandising Manager in Ho Chi Minh City to lead assortment, inventory and reporting for luxury boutiques.

Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate merchandising activities between Vietnam and the Regional Merchandising team, ensuring alignment of assortment, pricing and seasonal strategies.
- Analyze sales performance and customer buying behaviour to propose assortment adjustments and commercial action plans.
- Plan and validate Open-To-Buy (OTB) proposals in collaboration with the Regional team prior to each buying season.
- Manage stock transfers, process boutique stock requests, and coordinate cross-border product sourcing to maximise sell-through.
- Monitor delivery schedules, product replenishment and allocation to boutiques; propose actions to optimise stock levels per product line.
- Oversee monthly physical inventory, reconcile stock discrepancies and support audit controls to ensure compliance.
- Report on merchandising and sales performance through weekly and monthly dashboards and recommend corrective measures.
- Support new product launches and in-store product training; monitor product quality and report defective items.
- Collaborate closely with the Retail team to monitor KPIs and implement incentive measures to boost boutique sales.
Qualifications
- University degree or higher in business, merchandising, supply chain, or related field.
- Minimum five years' experience in a merchandising role within luxury goods or high-end retail.
- Proven knowledge of customs, import/export and tax regulations affecting merchandise flow.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical skills and attention to numerical detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-border coordination skills.

Minimum five years of progressive experience in merchandising within the luxury retail sector, with hands-on responsibility for assortment planning, inventory management and cross-border operations.
Education
University degree or above in business, merchandising, supply chain, or a related discipline.
