Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the strategic and numerical conceptualization of retail activities for large-scale projects, including budget analysis and event planning.
  • Develop and update analytical reports and presentations for the entire retail network.
  • Contribute to activity management by creating clear reporting tools and consolidating key performance metrics weekly, monthly, and annually.
  • Prepare reliable analyses for meetings with Product Marketing, CRM, Visual Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams, as well as for boutique visits and merchandising decision-making.
  • Manage and monitor the boutique network, including openings and closures, in collaboration with Supply Chain and Distribution teams.
  • Participate in showrooms by preparing tools and contributing to strategic purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent program.
  • Experience in analytical roles within retail, merchandising, finance, or marketing.
  • Proficiency in French and English.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and PowerPoint. Ability to learn new tools quickly. Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in jewelry, timepieces, and the luxury sector. Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to maintain a global perspective while focusing on details.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with experience in analytical functions related to retail, merchandising, finance, or marketing.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
