Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage community interactions across social platforms and Google My Business: monitor and reply to comments, direct messages and consumer queries.
  • Support e‑retail operations: supply assets to retail partners, perform Product Detail Page (PDP) updates, coordinate PDP translations and integrate video content.
  • Execute regular retailer health checks (stock‑outs, visibility), surface improvement opportunities and contribute to R&R project work with Bazarvoice.
  • Coordinate trade and in‑store marketing production: prepare trade materials, produce point‑of‑sale assets (including promotional items), and implement visual merchandising updates.
  • Oversee office logistics: manage send‑outs, PR package fulfilment and maintain PR stockroom and basement stock overview.
  • Support Club Pink talent scouting and relationship management, including ad‑hoc send‑outs and community engagement.
  • Contribute to local content creation and on‑site event production for Nordic markets.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme (marketing, communications, business or related field) — internship must be part of the educational programme for school credit.
  • Fluent in English; Danish language skills are a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is advantageous.
  • Autonomous, responsible and highly organised with a proactive, flexible approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with internal teams and external retail partners.
  • Available for a 6‑month, full‑time on‑site placement in Copenhagen; ability to accommodate a flexible schedule for academic commitments.

Experience

Beginner — no previous professional experience required; relevant coursework, student projects or prior internships in marketing, retail or e‑commerce are advantageous.
