Manufacturing Engineer (Apprenticeship)
Parfums Christian Dior in Chartres seeks a Manufacturing Engineer (Apprenticeship) to join Fabrication and support the deployment of a new manufacturing process.

Role & Responsibilities
- Integrate into the Fabrication (Manufacturing) department and report to the Head of Fabrication as part of a 15-person team.
- Support the deployment of a new manufacturing process at the site, from validation to operational rollout.
- Analyze and optimise manufacturing processes to increase reliability and industrial performance.
- Document and structure existing know‑how by drafting clear, actionable procedures and work instructions.
- Implement initiatives to reduce material losses and optimise consumption of semi‑finished goods, minimising environmental impact.
- Actively contribute to the roll‑out of the LEAN continuous‑improvement programme and identify performance levers.
- Train and accompany production teams to adopt new processes and ensure knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4 / Bac+5 engineering programme in chemical, cosmetic or food engineering (in progress).
- Demonstrable rigor, methodical approach and strong organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset with curiosity and proactivity to identify and formalise improvement solutions.
- Pedagogical aptitude and good interpersonal skills to coach and collaborate with production teams.
- Autonomy, initiative and a results‑oriented attitude with sensitivity to industrial performance and quality standards.

Experience
Entry‑level / beginner. Suitable for students with little or no prior professional experience; the role is designed for an apprentice currently enrolled in a relevant engineering programme.
Education
Bac+4 / Bac+5 (Master’s‑level) engineering studies in chemical engineering, cosmetics engineering or food engineering (in progress).
