Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily management control activities for the Market France finance team, including monthly closings and preparation of recurring reports.
  • Prepare P&L‑oriented analyses: profitability by store and by retailer, monitoring of expense commitments and variance analysis versus budget/reforecast.
  • Contribute to budget construction and re-forecast exercises and update monthly financial performance reviews.
  • Monitor CAPEX commitments in close coordination with Accounting and Merchandising teams.
  • Control retail data flows: validate point‑of‑sale sales uploads to SAP and verify consistency of stock records across systems.
  • Track daily retail point‑of‑sale performance and participate in ad‑hoc analyses (e.g., samples and merchandising consumption vs forecast).
  • Propose improvements to existing processes and support implementation of control enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Bac+4/5) in Business, Finance or Management Control; apprenticeship (alternance) contract required.
  • Entry‑level profile; prior internship or first experience in management control or financial control is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with rigorous attention to detail and numeric accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Adaptability, initiative and the capacity to work autonomously on assigned projects.

Experience

Entry‑level (apprenticeship). Ideally one prior internship or exposure to management control / financial control functions.

Education

Master’s level study (Bac+4/5) in Business, Finance, Accounting or Management Control; currently enrolled in an apprenticeship program.
