Role & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on sector equipment.
- Participate in diagnosing malfunctions and restoring installations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of equipment and maintenance processes.
- Ensure the tracking and documentation of technical interventions.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure line performance.
- Operate an automated line by the end of the first year.
- Work on a technical improvement or optimization project during the second year.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a BTS CRSA or equivalent technical Bac+2 program in industrial maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in technical and industrial environments.
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity, motivation, and eagerness to learn.
- Initiative and proactive attitude.

Education
Currently pursuing a BTS CRSA or equivalent Bac+2 in industrial maintenance.
