Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the structuring and transformation of the logistics flow workshop by formalizing processes, routines, and performance indicators.
  • Optimize performance animation routines and steering instances.
  • Map current flows, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization strategies.
  • Identify safety, productivity, and team serenity opportunities and manage associated action plans.
  • Assist in the reorganization projects of logistics SAS.
  • Contribute to the stabilization of the production plan by analyzing causes of scheduling changes.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Continuous Improvement.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to map processes and identify optimization opportunities. Proficient in IT tools (Office Suite, Power BI preferred) for performance management. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with operational teams. Ability to share analyses and support change in a pedagogical and structured manner. Autonomous, proactive, and performance improvement-oriented mindset.

Experience

Entry-level experience in an industrial environment with a strong focus on organizational transformation.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
