Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of men's accessory prototypes for various collections, including bags, small leather goods, and belts.
- Support the product manager in tracking collections and product development in collaboration with associated departments.
- Manage the daily reception and dispatch of prototypes between factories in Italy and the Paris development office.
- Ensure the conformity of prototypes upon receipt and update the database with photos of received prototypes.
- Develop tracking tools to ensure efficient service operations.
- Assist in budget tracking and invoice management, including creating and updating a tracking table for Dior orders.
- Conduct competitive studies on new shapes, materials, and techniques in the leather goods market.
- Prepare for fashion shows by updating and verifying the 'look list' of selected accessories.
- Assist in product preparation for meetings, including product research and merchandising.
- Update support tools for collection tracking, such as the shared collection plan with Italy and look lists.
- Compile ATA Carnets, including references, descriptions, materials, photos, and supplier documents.
Qualifications
- Previous similar professional experience required.
- Strong knowledge of leather goods and footwear.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic skills in Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Fluent in English and basic proficiency in Italian.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dynamism.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Design, or related field preferred.
