Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the detailed reception of prototypes, including measurement control and archiving.
- Manage logistics for prototype shipments and ensure timely receipt of packages.
- Organize and manage samples throughout collection development to ensure availability for meetings and presentations.
- Facilitate the circulation of references among various stakeholders.
- Support internal meetings and team activities, including administrative assistance and visitor coordination.
- Update overviews, boards, and budgets for the knitwear development department.
- Oversee supplies for the knitwear development department and manage shipments to factories.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English.
- Versatility and autonomy in task management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, flexibility, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
