Role & Responsibilities

  • Fully integrate into the daily operations of Key Account Managers, from strategic planning to product launches.
  • Actively support the strategic development of key accounts.
  • Prepare analyses and presentations for client meetings.
  • Regularly create sales reports and maintain data records.
  • Independently develop analytical projects.
  • Handle customer inquiries and assist in comprehensive customer care at both central purchasing and store levels.
  • Support the coordination of cross-functional teams in the D/A/CH region.

Qualifications

  • Completion of at least three semesters in a relevant field such as Business Administration.
  • Initial practical experience in sales or a strong interest in the field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Strong perseverance, initiative, structured and results-oriented work style, and excellent analytical thinking.
  • Passion for the luxury industry and the product world of Parfums Christian Dior.

Skills

Strategic planning and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Fluency in German and English.

Experience

No prior professional experience required; ideal for students or recent graduates with some exposure to sales or key account management.

Education

Minimum three semesters completed in Business Administration or a related field.
