Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all UK PR activities, including editorial sample requests and trafficking for womenswear and baby collections.
  • Manage the sample inventory and organise the PR database.
  • Oversee the collation of weekly and product-specific reports, and distribute e-news.
  • Support the coordination of womenswear shows and related press travel and press days.
  • Manage UK editorial requests and liaise with international offices.
  • Oversee the sample tracking and maintenance of Fashion GPS with the PR Assistant.
  • Coordinate the organisation of the PR showroom and manage stocktakes.
  • Work with the Press Manager to pitch articles and secure product placement.
  • Oversee the seasonal gifting process, including ordering and distribution.
  • Compile editorial reports for Paris HQ and maintain editorial archives.
  • Manage contact databases and oversee PR budget, including sample orders and invoice processing.
  • Supervise interns and PR assistants in administrative tasks and office management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years press experience.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to communicate articulately.
  • Sound understanding of the UK media and retail landscape.
  • Experience in administrative and office management.
  • Attention to detail and initiative.
  • Professional appearance representing the brand's image.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Launchmetrics, Lefty, and Cision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage and develop team members.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the fashion industry.
