Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales and measure daily sales performance and conversion rates.
- Assist in setting and monitoring boutique sales objectives.
- Participate in product preparation and presentation, adhering to the brand's guidelines.
- Lead and participate in regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, product knowledge, and merchandising.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and sales associates.
- Coordinate promotional activities, including seasonal sales, fashion shows, and contests.
- Train the team on optimizing capture rates and after-sales service.
- Develop a personal client database.
- Oversee product transfers, damages, and returns to vendors.
- Supervise and participate in department inventories.
- Ensure accurate product pricing and minimize stock losses.
Qualifications
- Empathetic and agile talent with at least two years of experience in retail or hospitality.
- Ability to establish relationships and effectively manage sales staff to achieve sales and customer objectives.
- Initiative, commercial creativity, and fashion sensitivity.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Potential to evolve within the structure to become a manager.
- Master's degree or equivalent (BAC +5).
