Parfums Christian Dior — Neuilly-sur-Seine: International Press Relations Assistant (Apprenticeship) to support global PR strategy and events.

Overview

Parfums Christian Dior is the fragrance and beauty division of the House of Christian Dior and forms part of the LVMH luxury group. The Maison is recognised for its craftsmanship, creative leadership in beauty and fragrance, and a global communications approach that supports iconic product launches and cultural partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of press and influencer materials for fragrance launches, including press kits, press releases and digital assets.
  • Contribute to the organisation and logistical coordination of international press events and activations.
  • Coordinate daily requests from approximately 30 international subsidiaries, managing requests for visuals, product information and shoot logistics.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, Studio Maquillage and Dior Héritage to ensure consistency of press communications.
  • Compile, analyse and report on press coverage across print, digital and social media, producing quantitative and qualitative reports for internal teams and the group.
  • Conduct regular media monitoring and competitive press surveillance to track the Maison's visibility and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master’s programme (Bac +4 / Bac +5) in Business, Communications, Marketing or equivalent university training.
  • Fluent in French and English (oral and written); proficiency in a third language is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with demonstrated teamwork and collaboration.
  • Professional rigour, critical thinking, learning agility and adaptability to a fast-paced international environment.
  • Basic ability to analyse media coverage and visibility metrics.

Experience

Beginner — academic or first professional experience (internship) in communications, public relations or digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac +4 / Bac +5) in Business, Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
