Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the VIP, Celebrity & Expert communication strategy across international subsidiaries, including pre-validation of castings, monitoring local activations, managing creative briefs, and sharing visuals, guidelines, and moodboards.
  • Coordinate seeding and special shipments: manage stock, anticipate needs for launches, order products, and liaise with agencies and suppliers.
  • Participate in the organization of international events: develop programs and itineraries, coordinate transportation and accommodations, update guest lists, and track outcomes.
  • Contribute to fashion show organization: welcome talents, coordinate personalized in-room deliveries, organize exclusive services, send products to makeup artists and manicurists, and manage suppliers (agents, hairdressers, makeup artists, photographers, florists, etc.).
  • Ensure content and post-production follow-up with suppliers and markets until final validation.
  • Analyze outcomes and track rankings using Tribe Dynamics software, creating campaigns and reports for top management.
  • Monitor invoicing and budget: create supplier accounts, perform monthly follow-ups, and issue reminders.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master's program (business school, university, or equivalent).
