Role & Responsibilities

  • Support strategic digital and data projects for the central Client Service Center (CSC) to improve global customer experience and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, scope initiatives, design solutions and run user acceptance tests.
  • Contribute to the design and evolution of tools used by CSC teams across regions and support rollout and adoption activities.
  • Analyze operational performance and construct business KPIs and dashboards to monitor activity and inform decision‑making.
  • Participate in innovation initiatives leveraging data and GenAI to drive efficiency and enhance the customer journey.
  • Coordinate with international stakeholders including operations, IT, data, e‑commerce and omnichannel teams.

Qualifications

  • Master's‑level student (Bac+5) enrolled in business, engineering or university programme.
  • Strong analytical mindset with structured problem‑solving and intellectual curiosity.
  • Marked interest in digital innovation, data and customer experience.
  • Autonomous, fast learner with the ability to work in cross‑functional, international teams.
  • Fluent English; comfortable in an international environment.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Power BI, Salesforce Service Cloud or Canva is a plus.

Experience
